  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

Shipping Time

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as courier delays, weather conditions, or regional restrictions.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • We may offer free shipping on selected orders or promotional offers.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on selected orders and locations.
  • A nominal COD fee may be applicable and will be shown at checkout.
  • Customers are requested to keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
  • Orders placed using COD may be verified via call or SMS before dispatch.
  • Nirotsa reserves the right to cancel COD orders if they are not verified or found suspicious.
  • Repeated refusal of COD orders may lead to restriction of COD service for that customer.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation via SMS/Email with a tracking ID.
  • You can use this tracking ID to monitor your shipment status.

Delivery Issues

If you face any issues such as:

  • Delay in delivery
  • Package marked as delivered but not received

Please contact our support team within 48 hours so we can assist you promptly.

Incorrect Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
  • Nirotsa will not be responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Failed Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times.
  • If the package is undelivered after repeated attempts, it may be returned to us.

Damaged Package

  • If you receive a package that appears damaged, please do not accept it or record an unboxing video and report it to us within 48 hours.
  • This will help us process a replacement or refund as per our policy.
