No Return Policy

Nirotsa does not accept product returns once sold. As we deal in medicines and wellness products, it is crucial for us to maintain strict quality control and prevent any risk of contamination, adulteration, or misuse. This policy helps us ensure that every customer receives products that are safe, pure, and uncompromised.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

While we maintain stringent quality checks, in case you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective item
  • An incorrect product (different from what you ordered)

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team with:

  • Order ID
  • Photos/videos of the product and packaging

After verification, we will offer a replacement or a refund, as applicable.

Refund Policy

Refunds will only be processed under the following conditions:

  • Product is damaged or defective upon delivery
  • Wrong item delivered

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to the original payment method.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products
  • Products with tampered seals
  • Products without original packaging
  • Perishable or hygiene-sensitive items

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the error is from our side.
